The present Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Utopia Dentistry Academy website and its training, events, and services made available online or in person.
By accessing the website, filling out a registration form, or participating in a training session, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The Utopia Dentistry Academy is an institution dedicated to continuous training in Dentistry, based in:

The training is exclusively for dentists and professionals in the field of Dentistry.
Spaces are limited and filled on a first come, first served basis upon registration and payment.
Registration is only considered valid after the confirmation of full payment or the first installment, as per the agreed conditions.
Utopia Dentistry Academy reserves the right to change dates, times, or trainers, in case of unforeseen events, always ensuring proper communication to participants.
The payment can be made by bank transfer or other means provided by Utopia.
In the case of staggered payment, the participant commits to comply with the deadlines established at the time of registration.
The amounts indicated include VAT at the legal rate in force.
The invoice will be issued after the payment confirmation, in the name of the participant or the entity indicated by them.
The participant can cancel the registration up to 7 days before the start of the training, with a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation made after this period does not confer the right to a refund, except in duly justified situations that are analyzed on a case-by-case basis.
In the event of postponement or cancellation by Utopia Dentistry Academy, the participant may choose between a full refund or transferring the registration to a new edition.
6. Image Rights and Intellectual Property
By participating in the training sessions, the participant authorizes the capture of images and videos during the sessions, exclusively for educational, promotional, and institutional purposes of Utopia Dentistry Academy.
The content provided during the training sessions (materials, presentations, videos, photographs, and recordings) is intellectual property of Utopia Dentistry Academy and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
The Utopia Dentistry Academy is committed to ensuring the proper functioning and quality of its training, as well as compliance with standards of ethics and professional excellence.
However, it does not take responsibility for:
Clinical decisions made by participants after the course;
Direct or indirect damages resulting from misinterpretation or application of the content;
Temporary interruptions of access to the website for technical reasons.
A Utopia Dentistry Academy ensures the confidential treatment of personal data of its users and trainees, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Utopia Dentistry Academy reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes published on this page along with the respective update date.
The present Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
In case of dispute, the Court of the District of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
